Mac's first haircut

Our little man FINALLY got his first haircut. In July, when the rest of us got our hair cut, I wasn't QUITE ready for him to get his haircut. I know, I know, it's just hair, right? Wrong. It means he's growing up and quite frankly, I'M NOT READY FOR THAT. But as the shag kept growing, I knew it was time. Here's the "before" picture.

Whew! Check out those fly-aways! And to think, there were people who didn't think he needed a haircut yet. Crazy kids.

So he did pretty well, surprisingly. He held real still for the first few minutes, started to clap for the next few minutes, and finally brought his hands out from under the gown when Jody started to cut his bangs, mainly because it was itching his forehead. The only crying episode was when I tried taking his bink away to get a picture. MISTAKE. Anyway, short story long, here's the final product.

Isn't he adorable?? I sure think so. :)
