Holly's 3rd Birthday

As you already know from my title, today is Holly's 3rd birthday. What a blast! She's known all week that Saturday was going to be her birthday and she was looking forward to it very much. Kieth had made plans to eat breakfast at our church's cafe this morning at 7:30 with another guy from church, and Holly was up early so she tagged along and ate breakfast with Daddy. I worked at the thrift store for a few hours, for our church was having a big clothing sale. When I got home, she was taking her nap so I started getting things our for her party. When she got up, she helped me get things ready and get decorations up. At 4pm, her five main friends from her babysitter's came, along with Carol, the babysitter, and all the parents. Her friend Paige from across the street also came with her grandparents. Holly's cake was a purse (purple, of course!) and there were lots of presents! The kids wore themselves out blowing bubbles, chasing the dog, and playing outside in the sandbox. Overall, I think everyone had fun, me included! What a great day! I can't believe it's been three years since I delivered her at the hospital. As everyone always says, they grow up too fast. I love watching her learn and grow into a beautiful girl and can't wait to see what she'll come up with next! :) Here are some pictures of the big day.

They were "sitting by the fire" they told us
